Terms
Effective August 29, 2026. Poster is made by Terraform Records, LLC ("the house"), Atlanta, Georgia, USA. By using Poster you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
What Poster is
Poster takes the post you wrote and places it on the platforms you connected, when you press POST. It is a tool you operate. It does not post on its own, does not write in your name without your instruction, and does not decide where your words go — you do.
Your account and your connections
- You sign in with a provider you choose. Keep that account secure; what happens through it is yours.
- When you connect a platform, you authorize Poster to post there on your instruction. You are responsible for holding the rights to use that account and for following that platform's rules. You can disconnect any platform at any time.
- You must be at least 13, and old enough to use each platform you connect.
Your content
What you write and upload is yours. You give Poster only the permission it needs to shape your post for each platform and deliver it where you told it to. You are responsible for what you post: that it is yours to post, that it is lawful, and that it follows the rules of the platforms it lands on.
What you may not do
- Use Poster to spam, harass, deceive, infringe, or break a platform's terms.
- Automate Poster, scrape it, resell it, or use it to build a competing pipe into the platforms.
- Interfere with the service or other people's use of it.
If you do, we may suspend or end your access.
The platforms
The platforms you connect are not ours. They change their rules, limits, and APIs; a post may be refused, delayed, or removed by them; a connection may expire and need to be renewed. Poster shows you what happened to each post and never pretends a post landed when it did not.
The service
Poster is provided as is. We work to keep it running and honest, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for what a platform does with your post, for lost content, or for indirect or consequential damages. Where the law does not allow that limit, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Privacy
How Poster handles your data is written in plain words at terraform.page/privacy.
Changes and ending
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes are stated in plain words at the top of this page. You can stop using Poster at any time; to delete your account, email hello@terraform.press from your sign-in address.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes are handled in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
